Returns Policy

ZARH offers full refunds on full priced items. (This excludes Hair & Beauty Products)

Items must be returned within 30 days from when the item(s) is received. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn. We do not accept returns on items that are worn or damaged by the buyer. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to high sell through of stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund in accordance to our return conditions.

Please include your full name, order number, reason for your return and we will be in contact with return options.

Credit notes are valid for 90 days from date of issue.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless the item is faulty.
